INDIA #5- This pair of dangling muscular frog legs are destined for the dining table of some European or American gourmet. Some of the pairs weigh as much as a half pound. They are caught from the backwaters and swamps all over Kerala State and brought to the refrigerating plant in Cochin. This is one of the unexpected by-products of the international help to fishermen of South India. Over 200,000 lbs. a year are exported for valuable foreign exchange.
