First Repeal Prohibition
This document is the first ratification of the prohibition repeal amendment, deposited with the state department by Michigan. Historically important also is the fact that it is the first state ratification ever sent to washington from a convention instead of a legislature. Miss Evelyn McMillan, holding it, is custodian of the ratifications in the department's historical division.
