Brand New Baby -- New, easy and safe method of preventing mix-up of new born babies is afforded by a new ultra-violet ray device, put in use recently by the Beth Israel Hospital at Newark, N.J. the machine harmlessly brands initials of the infants on their legs, after which mothers are similarly marked.
